The Founding Partner at CoReal, Gaurav, holds over 25 years’ experience in the real estate sector, of which 20 years have been within the Middle East.
Gaurav’s extensive experience in investments, fundraising, advisory, and operations of mid and large-scale projects has seen him involved in over US$ 3 billion of transactions. These include equity and debt raising, sale and leasebacks, and build-to-suit projects across the GCC and Egypt. This experience includes three pan- regional real estate funds, where Gaurav led the conceptualization, structure and raising of over US$ 500 million in fund corpus.
Prior to founding CoReal Partners, Gaurav spent 17 years with JLL. Initially leading the ﬁrm’s advisory and corporate ﬁnance functions.
Gaurav holds an MBA from Cornell- Essec with a focus on Real Estate Finance.

Kerrie Alder, holds over 30 years’ experience in the financial services sector, including fund structuring, product development, asset & fund management, 20 years of which have been within the Middle East, 18 within the real estate sector.
Kerrie has developed multi manager funds and other investment structures for various large institutions in both the UK & the Middle East. This included Emirates Real Estate Fund (now ENBD REIT). She developed & launched the original fund from concept including structuring, documentation & set up, through to day-to-day fund, asset and property management of AED 2 billion AUM (pre-REIT).
Prior to joining CoReal Partners, Kerrie spent 10 years with ENBD leading product development and ENBD Real Estate Fund.
Kerrie brings a unique perspective to the team having been all sides of the table – Landlord, investor, tenant & service provider.
